Aims and Objectives

4. 04Eradicate superstitions, prejudices, misconceptions, and irrational rituals and ceremonies.
5. 05Work for the eradication of dowry and child marriage.
6. 06Work for prohibition and de-addiction, saving society from the consumption of intoxicants.
7. 07Work for a ban on smoking and tobacco.
8. 08Work for child development and equal status for women.
9. 09Work for health care and encourage family planning.
10. 10Teach the importance of a neat and clean India — conservation, plantation, and gardening.
11. 11Spread friendship, compassion, and equality.
12. 12Encourage people to take decisions by their own will and understanding, not swayed by the advice of others.
13. 13Communicate Central and State welfare schemes to all.
14. 14Explain real, authentic history and the principle of Panchsheel.
15. 15Strengthen the organization by forming units at different levels.
16. 16Organize meetings, seminars, and educational and cultural programmes.

Besides this, other activities can be undertaken as required — such as rescue and relief operations arising out of any natural calamity. Committee members may decide activities in any emergent situation.
